Passed the Japanese Certified Public Accountant Examination in 2010 and has over 15 years of experience in accounting and auditing for Japanese companies.Joined Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC’s Tokyo office in 2015, where she was primarily engaged in statutory audits, IPO audits, and internal control audits. She also gained extensive experience in auditing overseas subsidiaries, particularly those located in China.Her audit experience covers a wide range of industries, including energy, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, logistics robotics, and semiconductor design software.Established Kobayashi CPA Office as an independent practice in January 2026, providing advisory services on various corporate management challenges, with a particular focus on establishing and improving management and control systems for overseas subsidiaries.Joined Makoto International Accounting Office as a Partner in May 2026. She also currently serves as an Outside Director of a company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
