Born in 1974 in Changchun, Jilin Province, China. Graduated from Jilin University with a degree in Philosophy in 1996 and returned to Japan in the same year. Graduated from Tokyo Metropolitan University with a degree in Law in 2002.Joined Tohmatsu & Co. (now Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC) in 2002 and subsequently gained experience at DT Financial Advisory Services Inc. (now Deloitte Tohmatsu Financial Advisory LLC). Established Hiroshi Ogawa CPA Office in 2009.Became a Partner at ShineWing Japan LLC in 2018 and was appointed Managing Partner in 2020, stepping down in 2022.
